14-day guarantee on first purchase

If OneKB Pro is not for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full — no questions asked.

Renewals

Renewal charges are generally not refundable, but if a renewal was charged and you had not used the service in that period, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review it case by case.

To avoid unwanted renewals, cancel any time in Settings — your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and you will not be charged again.

How to request a refund

Email support@oneknowledgebase.com from your account email with the word "refund" in the subject. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Creem, typically within 5–10 business days.

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute — we resolve almost every request faster than the dispute process.
