Terms of Service
Last updated: July 5, 2026
The service
OneKB is an AI-native markdown notes service: a web editor plus an MCP interface that lets AI assistants you authorize operate on your library.
You keep full ownership of your content. We claim no rights over your notes.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any API keys you create. API keys grant AI tools the permissions you scope them to; revoke them in Settings at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful content or activity.
- Attempt to breach, probe, or overload the service or other users' data.
- Resell or white-label the service without written permission.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Creem as monthly or yearly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled.
Early-bird pricing: the price you subscribe at is locked in — your subscription renews at the same price you signed up with. Future price increases only affect new subscribers.
You can cancel at any time in Settings; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Service changes and termination
We may update features over time. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give at least 30 days' notice so you can export your data.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are drafted in English. The English version is the governing language; translations are provided for convenience only.
